. Paper submission deadline (subject to prior approval of abstract): Friday 29 January 2010. Paper formatting & referencing guidelines - Papers should be between 4,000 and 7,500 words in length. Secondary sources should be cited using the Harvard (author, date) system. Primary legal sources (cases and statutes) should be cited using footnotes (not endnotes).
